1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Autumn App ("Autumn", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Autumn mobile application for Android, our website at autumnapp.art, our APIs at apis.autumnapp.art, and all associated services, wallpapers, content, and software (collectively, the "Service").
By downloading, installing, launching, or using Autumn, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using and uninstall the application.
2. Personal License & Intellectual Property
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Autumn grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download, view, and apply wallpapers provided through the Service solely on personal Android smartphones, tablets, or compatible Android displays.
Proprietary Rights & Restrictions
- Copyright: All wallpaper images, photographs, 4K digital renderings, Time-Shift color transitions, graphic marks, interface elements, typography, and software code are the intellectual property of Autumn or our licensors and are protected by international copyright laws.
- No Redistribution: You may not copy, reproduce, mirror, republish, redistribute, bundle, upload to wallpaper discovery apps or repositories, or make our wallpapers publicly accessible without our prior written authorization.
- No Commercial Use: You may not sell, license, rent, or monetize any artwork or wallpaper obtained through Autumn.
- No AI Training: You may not use, scrape, or extract any wallpapers, images, or metadata from Autumn for the training, fine-tuning, or validation of machine learning or artificial intelligence models.
3. Autumn Pro Subscriptions & Purchases
Autumn offers free features as well as an optional premium tier ("Autumn Pro"). Autumn Pro grants access to exclusive features, including unlimited Time-Shift dynamic sets, the complete Noir AMOLED collection, and full-resolution uncompressed downloads.
All financial transactions, subscriptions, and lifetime licenses are processed exclusively through Google Play Billing and verified via RevenueCat. Autumn does not store or process payment card numbers or bank information.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time directly in your Google Play Store Account Settings.
Refunds: Refund requests are governed by Google Play Store standard refund policies. If you encounter billing issues, you can submit a refund claim directly via Google Play or contact our support team.
Lifetime Licenses: Lifetime purchases provide access to Autumn Pro features for as long as the application is maintained and supported on compatible Android operating systems.
4. System Requirements & Permissions
Autumn requires a compatible device running Android 11 (API level 30) or later. To provide native wallpaper switching and solar-timed updates, Autumn utilizes specific Android operating system APIs:
Enables Autumn to apply static 4K bitmaps directly to your Home Screen, Lock Screen, or both through the Android WallpaperManager.
Enables the Time-Shift engine to register precision wake alarms that update the wallpaper at sunrise, dusk, and nighttime intervals in milliseconds without running a persistent battery-draining background process.
5. Acceptable Use & Restrictions
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Decompiling, disassembling, reverse engineering, or attempting to reconstruct the source code of the Autumn APK or backend services.
- Circumventing, disabling, or tampering with license verification, RevenueCat entitlement flags, or digital rights management protocols.
- Using automated crawlers, scrapers, bots, or scripts to bulk download wallpapers or query
apis.autumnapp.art. - Transmitting malicious code, exploits, or payload requests designed to disrupt Autumn infrastructure.
- Using Autumn content for any unlawful, defamatory, or copyright-infringing purpose.
6. Copyright & DMCA Notices
Autumn respects the intellectual property rights of creators and photographers. If you believe that any image or content accessible via Autumn infringes upon your copyright, please submit a formal DMCA or copyright notice containing:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the specific wallpaper in Autumn (with title or screenshot).
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email address).
- A statement affirming that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, agent, or the law.
- A physical or electronic signature of the authorized copyright holder or representative.

7. Disclaimers & Warranties

THE SERVICE AND ALL WALLPAPERS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AUTUMN DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, NOR THAT THIRD-PARTY HOME LAUNCHERS OR CUSTOM ROMS WILL DISPLAY WALLPAPERS WITHOUT ARTIFACTS.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AUTUMN, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, OR CREATORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, DEVICE DAMAGE, BATTERY DEGRADATION, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICE.
IN NO CASE SHALL AUTUMN'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO AUTUMN FOR PRO ACCESS DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
9. Modifications & Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, collection, or component of the Service at any time with or without notice. We may update these Terms periodically; any revisions will be published on this page with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of Autumn after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
We reserve the right to revoke license access or restrict use of the Service to any individual who violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent activity.
